Requirements: 

  • Diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
  • Hands-on time with manual and CNC machines, including mills or lathes (Haas, Mazak, Okuma a plus).
  • Solid understanding of blueprint reading and precision measuring tools.
  • Reliable worker who can stay sharp, even on long runs.
  • Physically able to lift parts and stay on your feet all shift.

Job Duties: 
You start your day at the machine, not a desk. Blueprints in one hand, calipers in the other. You read the specs, set your tools, and run the job like you own it. It’s not easy work, but it’s honest work, and seeing a perfect part roll off the line never gets old.
