Job Summary

We are currently hiring a Client Relationship Specialist for our Managed Programs team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. As a Dedicated and proactive Client Relationship Specialist, you’ll manage and enhance relationships with our clients and suppliers. This role will ensure the efficient fulfillment of staffing requisitions in a Managed Program, oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, and provide exceptional service through ongoing communication and follow-up.

Essential Duties

Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:

  • Manage the full requisition lifecycle — from client intake calls through distributing openings to suppliers and tracking candidate submittals to placement.
  • Coordinate candidate submissions, interview scheduling, and feedback loops between clients and suppliers.
  • Process placements: generate work orders, confirm start dates, and ensure pre-employment screening is completed and cleared.
  •  Conduct ongoing quality check-ins with client supervisors, monitor worker performance, and address concerns.
  • Deliver timely, constructive performance feedback to suppliers and communicate terminations or end-of-assignment notices professionally.
  • Track contract extensions and proactively market redeploy talent to increase client satisfaction.
  • Share market insights and strategic recommendations with the Account Management team based on client and supplier feedback.

Competencies

Competencies we value for this role includes Ethical conduct, thoroughness, detail-oriented, excellent written and oral communication skills within all levels of business lines, strong time management skills.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of experience in client services, account management, or staffing/recruitment coordination. Familiarity with staffing processes and requisition fulfillment and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
