Compliance Center Manager

Job Summary

We are currently hiring a Compliance Center Management for our Drivers Division, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is to lead and manage the Compliance Center team, ensuring candidates and drivers meet all local, state, and federal requirements — including DOT and FMCSA standards — as well as client requirements and company policy. This role owns the team’s efficiency and output, builds and monitors performance metrics, personally produces and reviews compliance work, audits driver qualification files, and serves as the primary escalation point between branch locations and the Compliance Center. It also safeguards the organization’s reputation with clients through consistent regulatory adherence.

Essential Duties

  •  Proven experience in DOT regulations, FMCSA guidelines, or fleet safety compliance.
  • Previous direct experience managing and auditing Driver Qualification Files (DQFs).
  • Self-motivated and proactive mindset with a proven ability to take full ownership of job duties.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a highly professional communication style.
  • Proven ability to work successfully both independently and within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
