Location: Troy, OH
Pay Rate: $19.40 per hour
Schedules Available:
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Overtime as needed

- Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience required
- Candidates with strong work history and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
- Operate wire spooling machines used in the production of welding wire products
- Remove completed spools from machines and prepare materials for shipment
- Bag, tag, label, package, and stack products onto pallets
- Perform data entry and use computer systems to track production
- Utilize basic hand tools including staple guns, pliers, and glue guns
- Rotate between machines and production areas as needed
- Monitor machine performance and production quality
- Add flux materials to machinery during production processes
- Conduct quality inspections on finished products
- Perform butt welding of wire when required
- Re-string machines following wire breaks
- Cross-train on drawbench equipment that forms flat steel into tubular wire products
- Meet daily production quotas and quality standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
- Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Machine Operator.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.

What You Will DoAs a Machine Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures.
