Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Job Duties

• Build display containers and pallet displays from the ground up
• Load and place products into displays according to specifications
• Install top caps and secure completed displays
• Prepare finished displays for shipment
• Perform repetitive assembly and production tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all production and safety procedures
• Support team goals and productivity requirements

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
