Job Description:


OPERATING A WELD MACHINE, TAKING SPOOLS OF WIRE OFF MACHINE, BAGGING, LABELING AND PACKAGING IT- USING STAPLE GUN THEN STACK ON SKIDS- SOME OF THE SPOOLING MACHINES RUN 60 LB SPOOLS OF WELDING WIRE. VERY HEAVY LIFTING POSITION AND REPETITIVE. HOT/DIRTY ENVIRONMENT MIGHT ALSO CROSS-TRAIN ON THE DRAWBENCHES. THESE MACHINES TAKE THE FLAT STEEL AND FORM IT INTO A TUBULAR SHAPE. WILL MONITOR THE MACHINES, ADD FLUX (POWDER LUBE), QUALITY CHECKS, BUTT WELD WIRE TOGETHER, STRING MACHINE BACK UP IF WIRE BREAKS You also need to be able to work with computers as you’ll be entering information into a computer system
