- Monitor machine performance and verify equipment is operating properly.
- Inspect bags and inserts throughout the production process.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Support production line operations to ensure productivity goals are met.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
- Perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
- Lift, move, and handle production materials as required.
- Work safely around manufacturing equipment and moving machinery.

What You Will DoAs a Converting Night Shift you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures.
