Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED required.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- 0–1 year of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to read and follow job orders and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Set up, operate, and adjust production machinery according to specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain product quality.
- Perform in-process inspections using measuring tools.
- Complete routine machine maintenance, including cleaning and lubrication.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report concerns as needed.
- Accurately document production data, output, and machine performance.
- Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Follow all safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment.
- Stand for 8+ hours per shift, excluding breaks.
- Regularly lift 20–50 pounds.
- Perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.
- Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Bend, reach, and move materials as needed.

What You Will DoAs a Machine operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
