• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.

• Minimum 1 year of machine operator experience required.
• Experience with coating, slitting, laminating, or similar manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Set up, operate, and adjust coating machinery to meet production goals.
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and basic part replacement.
• Inspect products throughout production to ensure quality and coating consistency.
• Maintain accurate production and quality control records.
• Label, package, and stage finished products for shipment.
• Assist, train, and mentor helpers and entry-level team members.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
