Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
- Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.

Job Duties
- Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and specification standards are met
- Package products according to company guidelines
- Work alongside team members on production lines to meet daily output goals
- Assist with machine startup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
- Support production activities including housekeeping, scrap reduction, and workflow improvements
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Meet established production rates and performance standards
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Ability to stand for extended periods, including 8–12 hour shifts
- Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing 30–50 pounds
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
- Ability to work overtime, including short-notice schedule changes, when required
