Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous forklift training or certification is a plus
- Previous forklift operating experience preferred
- Ability to follow safety procedures and workplace policies
- Experience with inventory tracking and material handling
- Basic computer skills for inventory and stock location updates
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and safety guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Safely operate a forklift to transport materials throughout the facility
- Complete daily forklift inspections and report maintenance needs
- Deliver materials to production machines before each shift
- Remove and store finished goods from production areas
- Maintain accurate stock locations in storage areas and computer systems
- Organize inventory and materials for efficient production flow
- Complete inventory, production, and safety documentation
- Assist with shipping activities and provide backup support as needed
- Generate reports related to production, quality, and safety
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
- Regular use of hands and arms to handle materials and equipment
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment throughout the shift

As a Forklift operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.
A Forklift operator supports efficient warehouse and manufacturing operations by safely transporting inventory using forklifts and other powered industrial equipment. This position combines technical equipment skills with strong safety awareness to support reliable material movement.
