• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Minimum 6 months of janitorial, housekeeping, warehouse cleaning, or related experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work assignments.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to perform frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment, including floor sweepers when required.
• Ability to work throughout warehouse, office, restroom, and outdoor areas as needed.

• Perform general cleaning duties throughout the warehouse, distribution center, and office areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Operate floor cleaning equipment as needed.
• Keep walkways free of debris and spills.
• Clean office windows and glass surfaces.
• Empty trash containers and replace liners.
• Clean and restock restrooms.
• Maintain supply rooms and cleaning inventory.
• Remove litter from parking lot and outdoor areas.
• Report safety concerns and hazards to management.
• Assist with additional housekeeping and facility duties as assigned.

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Janitor you will clean and maintain assigned work areas by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, emptying waste containers, restocking supplies, and performing routine facility upkeep.
