What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and shipments.
• Move, stage, stack, palletize, and wrap products for storage and distribution.
• Pick, pull, and assemble customer orders accurately.
• Transfer materials between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas.
• Count, verify, and record incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Prepare products and orders for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and forklift operating standards.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Sit-down forklift operating experience required.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience loading and unloading trucks, staging materials, and preparing shipments is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds.
• Capability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining productivity and accuracy
