Job Duties

• Load and unload products, materials, and shipments.
• Move, stack, stage, palletize, and wrap products for storage or shipment.
• Pick, pack, and assemble customer orders accurately.
• Transfer materials between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas.
• Sort and place inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Count, verify, and record incoming and outgoing materials.
• Prepare products and parcels for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Keep warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Previous warehouse, distribution, material handling, or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Experience loading, unloading, picking, packing, and staging products is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused work ethic.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills required for counting, verifying, and tracking inventory.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds.
• Capable of performing repetitive warehouse tasks while maintaining productivity and accuracy.

As a Material Handler you will receive, move, stage, load, unload, organize, and transport materials throughout warehouse or manufacturing operations.
