Education Requirements

Experience Requirements

• Previous automotive detailing, car washing, cleaning, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance required.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail when cleaning and preparing vehicles.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching while cleaning vehicles.
• Ability to work both inside and outside vehicles for extended periods.
• Capable of performing continuous physical activity throughout the workday.

Job Duties

• Vacuum, wash, scrub, and clean the interior and exterior of vehicles.
• Prepare vehicles for auction by ensuring they meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Perform detailed cleaning of vehicle surfaces, carpets, seats, windows, and trim.
• Move vehicles within the garage area as needed after completion of required driving screening.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production and quality expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Clock in and out daily and for lunch using the Staffmark timekeeping system.
• Enter through the service center building at the start of each shift.
