• Lead and oversee the daily activities of an assigned work group
• Monitor workflow and employee productivity throughout the shift
• Direct team members to ensure daily work plans are completed on time
• Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals
• Assist with training and coaching employees as needed
• Communicate expectations and provide direction to line staff
• Use company operating systems to track work progress and performance
• Identify and help resolve workflow or production issues
• Support a safe, productive, and efficient work environment

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.

• Previous lead or supervisor experience required
• Experience leading employees to meet production goals and deadlines
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Good technical and automation skills
• Ability to learn and work within company operating systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience within a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
• Experience managing inventory accuracy, shipping operations, receiving activities, and employee performance is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, OSHA regulations, or supply chain best practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate leadership, accountability, professionalism, and a commitment to operational excellence are well positioned for success as a Team Lead.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to walk, stand, and move throughout warehouse operations for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work in active warehouse environments with forklifts, conveyors, and material handling equipment.
• Ability to inspect warehouse operations and respond to operational needs throughout the facility.
