Job Duties

• Operate Reach Trucks and Order Pickers to move, store, and retrieve inventory.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify products for accuracy and quality.
• Enter receiving information and inventory transactions into the warehouse system.
• Pull, pack, weigh, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Create bills of lading, shipping paperwork, and delivery documentation.
• Assist with truck loading and unloading activities.
• Process returned merchandise and maintain accurate records.
• Organize warehouse inventory and relocate materials as needed.
• Perform routine warehouse housekeeping and maintain clean work areas.
• Assist with preventative maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
• Support other warehouse functions, including picking, packing, and inventory management as needed.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or distribution experience preferred.
• Must be forklift certified with experience operating both Reach Trucks and Order Pickers.
• Basic computer skills required for data entry, shipping documentation, and inventory transactions.
• Ability to accurately complete shipping, receiving, and warehouse records.
• Must successfully pass Forklift Assessment.
• Experience with inventory control, shipping documentation, and warehouse management systems preferred.
• Ability to pull, pack, label, and process customer orders accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Flexible team player willing to assist in multiple warehouse departments as needed.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
• Must wear steel-toe or composite-toe footwear.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and move materials throughout the facility.
• Capable of performing physical warehouse duties, including loading, unloading, and organizing inventory.

What You Will Do

As a Shipping and Receiving Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.

• Non- Climate Controlled Must take Staffmark Forklift Assessment with passing score Must be Forklift Certified Reach and Order Picker Steel or Composite shoes Must have computer skills Must be flexible and open to assisting with Picking/Packing and other areas of the warehouse.
