Job Description:

MIG Welder – Direct Hire

Location: Memphis, TN
Pay: $20.00 – $38.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Night Shift, 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
Work Week: 4 Days per Week (10-Hour Shifts)
Overtime Available

What You’ll Do
  • Perform MIG welding on carbon steel and aluminum components for generator enclosure manufacturing.
  • Weld both production-run and custom-fabricated parts according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
  • Lay out, pull, and prepare materials for welding and fabrication.
  • Complete horizontal and vertical welds while maintaining quality standards.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and compliance with production requirements.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of MIG welding experience.
  • Experience welding carbon steel and aluminum.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Experience with material layout, part preparation, and machine setup.
  • Strong welding skills in horizontal and vertical positions.
  • Stable work history with verifiable references.
  • Current resume required.
