Job Duties

• Greet guests and provide a warm, welcoming dining experience
• Communicate menu offerings, specials, and expected ticket times
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Enter orders into the POS system
• Deliver beverages and assist with food service as needed
• Anticipating guests’ wants or needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and management staff

Experience Requirements

• Valid ABC Server Permit/License
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional and dependable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous serving experience is a plus, but not required

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry trays and other restaurant items as needed
