Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred unless otherwise specified.
• Bachelor’s degree in biology or chemistry preferred

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience in quality assurance, quality control, laboratory, manufacturing, or related environments required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong understanding of quality standards, laboratory procedures, and documentation practices
• Additional quality assurance or quality control experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and leadership
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
• Previous experience in quality assurance, quality control, laboratory, manufacturing, or related environments required

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to perform inspections, testing, and documentation activities
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

What You Will Do

As a Quality Technician you will perform responsibilities that support the daily operations of your assigned employer while following established procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements. Duties may include operating equipment, working with customers, handling materials, preparing documentation, supporting administrative activities, using technology, collaborating with team members, or completing other responsibilities appropriate to the position. Successful Quality Technician professionals demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing quality work while contributing to organizational success.

A Quality Technician supports workplace success by completing assigned responsibilities accurately while maintaining professionalism and strong work habits. This role requires organization, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
