NOW HIRING – SEASONER OPERATOR- DIRECT HIRE 

Location: Moraine, OH
Pay: $20.00–$22.50/hr (Based on Experience)
Immediate Openings | 1st & 3rd Shift

Seeking experienced Seasoner Operators for an exciting direct-hire opportunity with a growing food manufacturing facility in Moraine, OH! Be part of a brand-new production line and join a team focused on quality, safety, and efficiency.

Available Positions & Schedules

1st Shift – 1 Opening

  • Monday–Wednesday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM–2:00 PM

3rd Shift – 1 Opening

  • Monday–Wednesday: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
  • Thursday: 7:00 PM–2:00 AM (Friday morning)

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor seasoning equipment on a production line.
  • Ensure accurate seasoning application and consistent product quality.
  • Monitor production flow and make adjustments as needed.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues to minimize downtime.
  • Follow food safety, quality, and sanitation standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of manufacturing or production experience required.
  • Previous bake line or seasoning equipment experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience operating and troubleshooting production machinery preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to work the assigned schedule.
