• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM + Overtime
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:30 PM-1:00 AM + Overtime

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Picking: Accurately pick orders using RF scanners to ensure timely and correct order fulfillment.
• Packing: Efficiently pack orders for shipment, ensuring all items are secure and properly labeled.
• Palletizing: Organize and palletize orders in preparation for shipment, ensuring stability and proper handling.
• Loading/Unloading: Load and unload trailers by hand, ensuring all items are handled with care to prevent damage.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts and stock management to ensure accurate records and availability.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damages before shipping and report any discrepancies.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• General Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping and removing debris as necessary.

Requirements:

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
• Skills: Picking, packing, familiarity with RF scanners are a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order picking and packing.
• Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential overtime and weekends, as needed.
• 2 years minimum recent cherry picker experience required, stand up forklift experience preferred
• Please note you will not be operating a forklift 100% of the time on this assignment and will be required to complete other general labor and inventory tasks

What You Will Do

As a Forklift Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.
