Job Duties

• Safely operate Cherry Pickers, Reach Trucks, Sit-Down Forklifts, and Clamp equipment.
• Use Zebra RF scanners for picking, put-away, replenishment, inventory control, and order processing.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials throughout the warehouse.
• Work within a WMS and 3PL environment to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Organize and store products using modular racking systems (T-racks).
• Assist with shipping, receiving, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company safety procedures and meet daily productivity goals.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, 3PL, or logistics environment.
• 2-3 years of experience operating Cherry Pickers, Reach Trucks, Sit-Down Forklifts, and Clamp Trucks.
• Experience using Zebra RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) required.
• Strong attention to detail, inventory accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds, including boxed furniture.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and material handling throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment for extended periods.
• Must wear steel-toe shoes and follow all warehouse safety requirements.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
