Location: Lititz, PA
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $32.50 per hour
Schedule: Weekend Shift | 5:00 am – 5:30 pm | Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Job Duties: 

  • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
  • Verify that appropriate materials and components are selected and used for each project.
  • Inspect materials, parts, and equipment prior to fabrication or assembly and report any concerns before proceeding.
  • Perform fabrication and assembly tasks using established methods and quality standards.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure finished work meets required dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.
  • Conduct quality inspections upon completion of assigned work and communicate any issues to supervisors.
  • Document modifications or deviations from original designs in accordance with company procedures.
  • Safely move, lift, and handle materials using appropriate equipment and techniques.

Education Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of experience with welding, metalworking, or related fabrication processes.
  • Experience in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or industrial production environments.
  • Basic understanding of welding symbols and fabrication drawings.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with lifting, rigging, or material-handling equipment is preferred.
  • Ability to learn and use business, production, and communication software applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Flexibility to adjust work schedules and priorities based on operational needs.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

What You Will Do

As a Mechanical Fabricator you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

A Mechanical Fabricator contributes to manufacturing by performing a variety of production responsibilities that support efficient operations and quality products. This position requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely throughout every shift.

The Mechanical Fabricator supports manufacturing through product assembly, inspection, packaging, material handling, and adherence to production procedures while maintaining quality and workplace safety.
