Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, production procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and measurement skills preferred.
• Manufacturing, technical, or vocational training is a plus.

Experience Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, production, or industrial experience preferred.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, production equipment, or machining equipment is beneficial.
• Familiarity with quality inspections, blueprint reading, and production processes is a plus.
• Entry-level candidates with strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.

• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to safely operate around machinery and industrial equipment.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, and other safety gear.

Job Duties

• Operate manufacturing, machining, assembly, and production equipment to support engine component manufacturing.
• Load and unload materials, parts, and components safely and efficiently.
• Assemble products using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
• Perform quality inspections on raw materials, work-in-process items, and finished components.
• Monitor machinery, report equipment issues, and support continuous production flow.
• Follow blueprints, work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Support material handling, packaging, inventory movement, and other production-related tasks as assigned.
