• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical training in industrial painting, powder coating, manufacturing, or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work instructions.

• Minimum 1 year of industrial painting or powder coating experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of coating applications, paint mixing, coating thickness, and surface preparation techniques.
• Experience identifying and correcting coating defects such as fisheyes, poor adhesion, runs, and rough finishes.
• Ability to use measuring tools including viscosity testers and coating thickness gauges.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of quality standards, color matching, and coating specifications.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the shift.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment around production equipment, cranes, and forklift traffic.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Strong visual acuity, including color recognition and inspection of finished products.

• Prepare, mask, clean, paint, and finish metal components and other surfaces.
• Operate industrial spray equipment and paint systems to apply high-quality coatings.
• Inspect painted products for quality, color consistency, coating thickness, and finish defects.
• Troubleshoot coating issues and perform touch-ups as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on paint equipment, spray guns, booths, filters, and related systems.
• Assist with 5S, housekeeping, and paint booth cleaning activities.
• Review blueprints and specifications to ensure products meet customer requirements.
• Support production goals while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve production and quality concerns.
