Now Hiring for a Technical Applications Engineer – Direct Hire

Location: Riverside, CA 92507
Schedule: 1st Shift
Pay: $85K-$95K

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field required.
• Master’s Degree in Engineering preferred.
• Knowledge of fluid dynamics, pressure systems, pumps, fluid-control equipment, and industrial applications.
• OSHA and industry safety training certifications are a plus.

• 3+ years of experience in Applications Engineering, Field Engineering, Product Engineering, Technical Support, or a related engineering role.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment, supporting customers, and evaluating technical applications.
• Knowledge of fluid-control systems, pressure vessels, pumps, manufacturing processes, and engineering documentation.
• Proficiency with Autodesk software, CAD drawings, and engineering document management systems preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, customer service, and project management skills.

• Ability to travel to customer sites, industry events, and project locations as needed.
• Occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, reach, and work in office, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
• Must be able to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, and steel-toe boots when necessary.

• Provide technical engineering support for industrial fluid-control products, pumps, pressure systems, and customer applications.
• Evaluate system requirements and recommend equipment, configurations, and application solutions.
• Troubleshoot installation, operational, and performance issues for customers and field personnel.
• Conduct technical training, product demonstrations, presentations, and customer-site support.
• Create engineering reports, calculations, specifications, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Utilize Autodesk and engineering software to develop and maintain technical drawings and design records.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and Customer Service teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Support product improvements, new product development, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate project records, CRM documentation, and compliance with ISO, quality, and safety standards.
