Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent manufacturing experience may be considered.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow work instructions, production documents, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Basic understanding of blueprints, bills of materials (BOMs), and production routers preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Entry-level candidates with a high school diploma or GED are encouraged to apply.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or mechanical assembly experience is preferred.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and testing equipment is a plus.
• Ability to meet quality standards while maintaining productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and reach throughout the shift.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.
• Ability to work overtime, extended shifts, or weekends based on production demands.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, oil, grease, and other plant conditions.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety shoes.

Job Duties

• Assemble products to customer specifications using blueprints, SOPs, BOMs, and assembly instructions.
• Use hand tools and power tools to build, test, and inspect finished products.
• Test and calibrate components to ensure products meet quality standards, tolerances, and specifications.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and repair assembly issues when needed.
• Perform tool, fixture, and test equipment changeovers to support production requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety procedures.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals, quality standards, and customer expectations.
