Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to assemble products using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or work instructions.
• Ability to read assembly instructions, production documents, or basic blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to inspect completed assemblies and identify quality concerns.
• Dependable attendance and commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, assembly, manufacturing, production, or fulfillment experience is preferred.
• Experience working with hand tools, production equipment, or mechanical assemblies is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality inspection, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, adaptability, and strong attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Assembler.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift components, products, or materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Ability to maintain productivity in warehouse and manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.

What You Will Do

As a Assembler you will assemble products, verify components, inspect completed work, package finished items, and prepare products for storage or shipment. You will follow work instructions, maintain organized workstations, use hand tools and assembly equipment as needed, identify quality concerns, and support safe, efficient warehouse and production operations.

A Assembler supports warehouse and manufacturing operations by assembling quality products while maintaining efficient production and workplace safety. This position combines craftsmanship, attention to detail, and teamwork to support reliable manufacturing performance.

The Assembler requires adaptability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to consistently perform assembly responsibilities while maintaining quality standards and productivity. Successful candidates contribute directly to efficient warehouse production and customer satisfaction.
