Job Duties

• Load and unload CNC machining equipment
• Monitor machine production cycles
• Clean finished aluminum components
• Deburr machined parts
• Perform basic machine operation functions
• Assist with minor production maintenance and oiling tasks
• Follow work instructions and production procedures
• Inspect parts for quality and defects
• Maintain productivity and quality standards
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• Previous machine operator experience
• Steel-toe shoes
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Flexible schedule with overtime and weekend availability
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment

What You Will Do

As a Production Operator you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
