Job Duties

• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials according to specifications.
• Read and interpret basic drawings, measurements, and work orders.
• Use saws, drills, sanders, nail guns, and other hand and power tools.
• Build custom components for signs, displays, exhibits, and specialty projects.
• Perform finishing work such as sanding, trimming, and fitting.
• Inspect finished work for accuracy and quality.
• Work with other fabricators and production team members to complete projects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Ideal Requirements

• Carpentry or woodworking experience.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to accurately measure and make cuts.
• Experience reading drawings or blueprints is a plus.
• Cabinetmaking, finish carpentry, construction, millwork, or custom fabrication experience would be valuable.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Reliable and able to work independently.

As a Fabricator you will perform responsibilities that support the daily operations of your assigned employer while following established procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements. Duties may include operating equipment, working with customers, handling materials, preparing documentation, supporting administrative activities, using technology, collaborating with team members, or completing other responsibilities appropriate to the position. Successful Fabricator professionals demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing quality work while contributing to organizational success.

• Carpenter to build and assemble custom wood components for signs, displays, exhibits, and specialty projects
