Schedule: 3rd Shift | 11 PM – 7 AM | Sunday – Thursday

Job Duties

• Operate conventional and CNC production machines, including (but not limited to):
• winders, milling machines, drill presses, broaches, lathes, saws, grinders, and welders
• Perform finishing work such as sanding and deburring to meet quality standards
• Apply knowledge of material hardness, tooling selection, cutting speeds/feeds, coolant requirements, and machining techniques
• Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and production standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a safety‑focused manufacturing environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience as a CNC Machinist or similar machining role
• Familiarity with multiple CNC machines and control systems
• Solid understanding of CNC programming and machining techniques
• Strong attention to detail, quality mindset, and safety awareness

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on machining experience
• Welding knowledge is a strong plus
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment

What You Will Do

As a Machine Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The Machine Operator supports manufacturing success by operating production equipment according to established safety and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and dependable work habits throughout every shift.
