Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Professional accounting certifications or continuing education are beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Experience preparing, reviewing, and maintaining financial records and accounting documentation.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience using accounting software, spreadsheets, and enterprise financial systems.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive financial information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounting, financial analysis, auditing, budgeting, or corporate finance is preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar accounting software is beneficial.
• Knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, tax preparation, compliance, or internal controls is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate professionalism, analytical thinking, accuracy, and strong organizational skills are well positioned for success as a CPA Accountant.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to review detailed financial documents and perform accurate data analysis.
• Ability to occasionally lift office materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to perform normal office duties while maintaining productivity and attention to detail throughout the workday.

What You Will Do

As a CPA Accountant you will prepare and analyze financial reports, maintain general ledger accounts, reconcile financial records, support budgeting activities, monitor financial transactions, assist with audits, ensure compliance with accounting standards, prepare journal entries, and help provide accurate financial information that supports business operations and strategic decision-making.

The CPA Accountant plays an important role in maintaining financial integrity by preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and supporting compliance with established accounting standards. This position requires professionalism, organization, and sound analytical judgment.
