Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

We’re seeking an experienced Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support executive leadership while overseeing daily office operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of executive assistant experience supporting C-level executives
- 2+ years of office management experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Fingerprint Clearance Card required
- Provide executive-level administrative support to senior leadership
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials
- Screen calls, manage communications, and serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information
- Oversee daily office operations and front desk/reception activities
- Coordinate office supplies, vendors, equipment maintenance, and facility services
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities
- Assist with admissions paperwork, file maintenance, and document tracking
- Plan meetings, events, conferences, and office celebrations
- Manage office budgets, procedures, and compliance initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting multiple departments or executive staff is beneficial.
- Experience with scheduling, document preparation, recordkeeping, and office coordination is preferred.
- Familiarity with business software, office equipment, and data entry systems is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and professionalism are well positioned for success as an Executive Assistant.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while performing office tasks.
- Frequent use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment.
- Occasional lifting or moving of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and visitors.
