Job Duties

• Check incoming and outgoing shipments to make sure items, counts, and weights are correct.
• Match shipments to packing lists, bills of lading, and other records.
• Put shipping labels and packing lists on boxes.
• Help choose the best way to ship products.
• Build and prepare boxes for shipping.
• Pack products using padding, spacers, and other materials to help prevent damage.
• Keep shipping supplies and packing materials stocked and organized.
• Record shipment information, including weight, shipping costs, damages, and missing items.
• Follow safety rules and help keep the work area clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Able to follow instructions and work safely.
• Basic knowledge of shipping and packaging procedures.
• Able to use packaging equipment and tools.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable and able to work as part of a team.
• Able to perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Bend, reach, push, pull, and move materials throughout the workday.

What You Will Do

As a Shipping and Receiving Associate you will receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, prepare outbound orders, verify inventory, organize warehouse stock, complete shipping and receiving documentation, and help maintain accurate inventory records. You will safely move products throughout the warehouse while supporting efficient shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations.

• Receive and check freight off the truck.
• Pack, label, and load shipments.
• Log items into the system.
• Keep your dock safe and organized.
• Team up on inventory counts.
