Location: North Kingstown, RI
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Duties:
- Make sub-assemblies consisting of printed circuit boards.
- Assemble a completed electromechanical unit utilizing sub-assemblies, air tools, and miscellaneous parts.
- Prepare and assemble printed circuit boards by inserting applicable components and installing sub-assemblies.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience Requirements
- Experience assembling mechanical, electrical, or manufactured products using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read blueprints, assembly drawings, work instructions, or technical documentation.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately use measuring devices and maintain quality standards.
- Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and productivity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, fabrication, or mechanical assembly is preferred.
- Technical training, vocational education, or manufacturing coursework is beneficial.
- Experience working with pneumatic tools, torque tools, fixtures, or assembly equipment is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality inspection procedures, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate strong craftsmanship, dependability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as an Electronic Assembler.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
- Ability to maintain focus while performing detailed assembly work in a manufacturing environment.
