Now hiring for a Weld Assembler
Location: Berea, KY
Pay Rate: $15.50 – $15.90 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Overtime mandatory as needed
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Job Duties- Operate various welding machines including spot, projection, MIG, and TIG welders
- Load parts into welding machines and initiate weld cycles using machine controls
- Remove completed parts and inspect for weld quality and defects
- Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards
- Complete production and quality-related documentation accurately
- Follow workplace safety procedures and production requirements
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Vocational training, welding certification, or technical education is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Entry-level position
- Experience performing welding on steel, stainless steel, aluminum, or other metals.
- Ability to read blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings.
- Knowledge of welding equipment setup, welding techniques, and safe operating procedures.
- Ability to accurately measure, fit, and prepare materials prior to welding.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in welding positions throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift metal components, materials, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely wear welding helmets, gloves, and required personal protective equipment.
- Ability to safely work around welding equipment, sparks, heat, and fabrication machinery while following established safety procedures.

What You Will Do
As a Weld Assembler you will prepare materials, set up welding equipment, perform MIG welding operations, inspect completed welds, read blueprints, verify measurements, and help fabricate metal components according to engineering specifications. You will maintain welding equipment, follow quality standards, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations while producing consistent, high-quality work.
Job Duties
- operating various welding machines such as spot, projection, mig or tig.
- Employee will be placing parts into the weld machine and press buttons to perform actual weld.
- Employee will then take piece off machine and inspect for weld defects.
- Employee will also be responsible for completing lots of paperwork.
