Location: Lenoir City, TN
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM

  • Experience with scheduling, document preparation, recordkeeping, and office coordination is preferred.
  • Familiarity with business software, office equipment, and data entry systems is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and professionalism are well positioned for success as a Receptionist.

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while performing office tasks.
  • Frequent use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment.
  • Occasional lifting or moving of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and visitors.

What You Will Do

As a Receptionist you will provide administrative support by coordinating schedules, maintaining records, preparing documents, answering communications, organizing files, and assisting coworkers with daily operational needs. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.

  • Assisting with claims handling, telephone/computer communications, data entry and using computer (primarily uploading and indexing documents), sorting/distributing mail, etc.

The Receptionist role supports the organization, coordination, and communication needed to keep a professional office moving. This position requires the ability to work with accuracy, maintain confidentiality, and communicate clearly with coworkers and contacts.

Successful Receptionist candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable using office systems to complete administrative tasks. The role may require balancing routine assignments with unexpected requests while maintaining a calm and professional approach.
