Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Ability to perform repetitive production and packaging tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Cut and prepare small paper components and production materials
- Assemble badges and other small products according to instructions
- Package completed items into individual bags and seal finished products
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and appearance
- Identify and report defects or production issues
- Follow work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Maintain production pace while meeting quality standards
- Complete basic production records and documentation
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked with materials
- Communicate material shortages, equipment concerns, and quality issues to supervisors
- Perform additional production-related duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
- Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Technician.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
