Location: Gallatin, TN
Pay Rate: $19.25 per hour
Schedule: 12 hour shifts/ non climate controlled

We are hiring a dependable, mechanically inclined Production Operator to support a fast-paced heat-treating operation. This position works around industrial furnaces and requires comfort working 12-hour shifts in a high-temperature environment.

Job Duties

  • Operate, load, unload, and monitor multiple industrial furnace lines
  • Move metal components using barrels, dollies, and material-handling equipment
  • Prepare containers for production and ensure they remain free of oil, debris, and foreign materials
  • Weigh finished materials and create, print, and scan product labels
  • Monitor equipment performance and adjust controls to maintain consistent product flow and quality
  • Collect samples and perform required process and concentration testing
  • Maintain accurate production, quality, and inspection records
  • Monitor chemical supplies and safely adjust soaps, oils, and treatment solutions as required
  • Assist with salt-recovery and other material-reclamation processes

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

  • Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
  • Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
  • Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
  • Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Operator.

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

What You Will Do
