• $27.00 – $33.00/hr

Weekend Shift

• Friday – Sunday
• 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• $33.75 – $41.25/hr

Build Programs. Solve Problems. Drive Production.

We’re looking for a skilled CNC Programmer who enjoys taking a part from concept to production. In this role, you’ll create and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software, troubleshoot machining challenges, improve manufacturing processes, and work closely with operators to ensure quality and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Create CNC programs from 3D models, blueprints, and engineering drawings
• Develop efficient milling and machining strategies using CAM software
• Calculate feeds, speeds, tooling requirements, and machining parameters
• Troubleshoot program, tooling, and production issues
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical specifications
• Support process improvements that increase quality and productivity
• Assist with tooling selection, setup planning, and manufacturing documentation
• Inspect finished parts and ensure quality standards are met
• Collaborate with machinists and operators to drive successful production runs
• Operate CNC equipment as needed to support manufacturing

What We’re Looking For

Required

• 1-3 years of CNC programming experience OR 5+ years of CNC machining experience
• Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of G-Code and M-Code programming
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma, GED, or trade school certification

Preferred

• CAD/CAM software experience
• CNC milling programming experience
• GD&T knowledge
• Manufacturing process improvement experience
