Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Coordinate daily furniture deliveries for a last-mile operation. Assign routes, track drivers, update customers on ETAs, and resolve delivery issues in real time.
Job Duties
- Build and adjust daily routes for furniture delivery drivers
- Monitor stops and communicate with drivers throughout the shift
- Call customers to confirm appointments, access issues, and delivery windows
- Handle delays, reschedules, refusals, and damaged-product reports
- Coordinate with the warehouse on load order and returns
- Log exceptions and keep delivery records current
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Additional customer service, business, or office training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to provide professional, courteous, and solution-focused customer service.
- Experience using computers, business software, and data entry systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Prior dispatch, routing, or high-volume customer service experience preferred
- Able to work the 11:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Comfortable on the phone and in a fast-paced, exception-heavy environment
- Basic computer skills (email, dispatch or routing software, spreadsheets)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service, call center, retail, office support, or administrative experience is preferred.
- Experience working with CRM software, order processing systems, or customer databases is beneficial.
- Bilingual communication skills may be considered an asset depending on the position.
- Individuals who demonstrate patience, professionalism, adaptability, and excellent communication skills are well positioned for success as a Dispatcher.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while assisting customers.
- Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and business partners.
- Ability to perform repetitive keyboard and data entry tasks throughout the workday.

What You Will Do
As a Dispatcher you will assist customers by answering questions, resolving concerns, processing requests, maintaining accurate records, and providing timely follow-up.
