Now hiring for a Dock Stocker
Location: Bloomingdale, GA
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule:

  • Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM-5:00 PM
  • Wednesday-Saturday: 7:30 AM-5:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday or Wednesday-Saturday, 10:00 AM-8:00 PM
  • Effective September 14th: 12:00 PM-10:00 PM

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements
  • Previous Dock Stocker, Reach Truck, Stand-Up Forklift, or Warehouse experience required
  • Experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse environment
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Job Duties
  • Operate reach trucks and stand-up forklifts
  • Move, stage, and organize warehouse inventory
  • Load and unload products safely
  • Work in a cold-storage environment
  • Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies
  • Perform general material handling duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred.
  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Dock Stocker.

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment.
  • Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
  • Work in refrigerated warehouse conditions

As a Dock Stocker you will receive, move, stage, load, unload, organize, and transport materials throughout warehouse or manufacturing operations. You will verify inventory, maintain accurate product locations, prepare materials for production or shipment, assist with inventory control, and help ensure safe, efficient movement of products while following established workplace procedures.
