Location: Foley, MN
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $27.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM-7:30 AM

Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED required
- Technical training in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred
- 2-5 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience with plastic blow molding or injection molding is a plus
- Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections
- Use measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify product quality
- Monitor production processes and identify quality concerns
- Document inspection results and maintain quality records
- Investigate defects and support corrective actions
- Verify labeling, packaging, and customer specifications
- Assist with audits, continuous improvement, and employee training
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards
- Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
- Lift up to 35 pounds as needed
- Work in a manufacturing environment with noise and moving machinery
- Wear required PPE and work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed

What You Will Do
As a Quality Assurance Inspector you will inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards and engineering specifications. You will use precision measuring equipment, document inspection results, identify nonconforming materials, support corrective actions, and help maintain quality records while promoting safe and efficient manufacturing operations.
