Pay Rate: $28.00 – $36.50 per hour
Friday – Sunday | 7 AM – 7 PM

Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate degree in Machine Tool Technology or related field preferred
Experience Requirements
  • 3+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience hiring, coaching, mentoring, and developing employees
  • Ability to read CAD drawings and blueprints
  • Experience setting up and operating CNC equipment
  • Knowledge of machinery fabrication processes and precision measuring tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and decision-making skills
Job Duties
  • Lead, coach, and develop fabrication team members
  • Promote a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure projects are completed on time
  • Train employees on fabrication processes, equipment, and safety procedures
  • Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and production issues
  • Monitor quality standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Foster collaboration across departments and shifts
  • Drive productivity, efficiency, and operational excellence

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand and walk throughout production areas for extended periods during the shift.
  • Ability to bend, reach, climb stairs, and move throughout manufacturing or warehouse environments as required.
  • Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 100 pounds.
  • Ability to safely work around production machinery, material handling equipment, noise, and other conditions common to manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to remain active on the production floor while monitoring employees, equipment, safety, quality, and workflow.
  • Ability to walk or stand up to percent of the time
  • Ability to lift up to lbs., stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or climb

What You Will Do

As a Fabrication Supervisor you will lead daily production operations, assign work, coordinate staffing, monitor workflow, coach employees, and keep the shift moving without cutting corners on safety or quality. You will track production goals and performance, lead pre-shift meetings, troubleshoot operational problems, coordinate with maintenance, quality, warehouse, and leadership teams, maintain production records and shift reports, support employee training, and create a respectful workplace built around teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

The Fabrication Supervisor is responsible for creating the conditions that allow a production crew to succeed. That means making sure employees understand their assignments, materials are available, equipment issues are addressed, safety procedures are followed, quality remains strong, and production priorities stay clear throughout the shift.
