Job Duties
- Receive, pick, pack, stage, and ship products.
- Move, handle, and store materials throughout the warehouse.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and complete transactions.
- Verify product quantities, accuracy, and condition during handling.
- Prepare products for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and staging.
- Assist with inventory control activities, cycle counts, and stock organization.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and completed work.
- Follow standard operating procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
- Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
- Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
- Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
