Now hiring for a Production Lead
Location: Kansas City, MO
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 12:30 PM | Off Tuesday & Sunday

Join us as a Production Lead in Kansas City and be the start of something real. You’ll run machines, assemble parts, or pack goods that ship around the world. It’s hands-on work with fair pay and room to grow.
- Assist with training and onboarding new employees
- Support shift start-ups and employee check-ins
- Answer questions and provide guidance on production tasks
- Promote safety compliance and proper PPE usage
- Monitor work quality and productivity standards
- Communicate issues to customer leadership and Staffmark
- Help ensure production goals and quotas are met
- Provide ongoing support to team members as needed
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
- Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
- Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
- Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Lead.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs or more
