Job Duties

• Assemble product per blueprint and per instructions while ensuring no damage is done to components.
• Repair any rejected product using sound troubleshooting practices.
• Operate test equipment and determine which assemblies pass performance test requirements and which require repair.
• Perform accurate counts and production documentation.

What You Will Do

As a Assembly Technician you will assemble products, components, or equipment using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly instructions. You will inspect completed assemblies, verify measurements, identify quality concerns, maintain organized work areas, and support production goals while following established manufacturing procedures and workplace safety standards.

The Assembly Technician helps transform individual components into finished products through skilled assembly techniques and quality workmanship. This role requires technical knowledge, manual dexterity, and the ability to consistently follow detailed production instructions.
