Requirements: 

• High school diploma or GED.
• Assembly experience.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

Job Duties: 

• Assemble, crimp, press, and install product components.
• Operate assembly and production equipment, including presses, grinders, and stamping machines.
• Inspect, package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Rotate between workstations to support production demands.
• Follow standard operating procedures, 5S practices, and safety guidelines.
• Help maintain production quality, efficiency, and on-time manufacturing goals.

As a Manufacturing Production Associate you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions.
