Location: Kettering, OH
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
Schedules:
- 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Monday – Friday

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, packaging specifications, and safety procedures.
- Basic math and counting skills preferred.
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of packaging, production, assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse experience.
- Experience performing quality inspections and working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 30 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform continuous movement throughout the workday.
- Ability to maintain focus and accuracy in a production environment.
Job Duties
- Package products according to customer specifications, production requirements, and quality standards.
- Inspect products for defects, damage, and accuracy prior to packaging and shipment.
- Verify product counts and ensure packaging meets company requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety policies, work instructions, and production guidelines.
- Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Support production operations and assist with additional duties as assigned.
- Work effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow and on-time completion of production goals.
Work Environment
- Fast-paced production environment requiring continuous movement and attention to detail.
- Steel-toed boots required.
- Casual work attire permitted, including jeans or work pants.

What You Will Do
As a Production Packer you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
A Production Packer contributes to manufacturing by performing a variety of production responsibilities that support efficient operations and quality products. This position requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely throughout every shift.
The Production Packer supports manufacturing through product assembly, inspection, packaging, material handling, and adherence to production procedures while maintaining quality and workplace safety.
